The cover offered by this policy includes Loss of or Damage to Buildings as a result of;

• Fire, Lightning, Explosion and Aircraft,
  
• Storm, Tempest, Flood and Earthquake,
  
• Burst Pipes and Overflowing of Water Tanks, Impact ,
  
• Theft, or attempted Theft, Malicious Damage,
  
• Public Liability in respect of visitors to the common areas of the building
