This
last but most important ingredient in our team is the panel
of reinsurers who support our underwriting and provide the
underlying security on the policies we issue.
Cumberland
enjoys the support of a panel of first class reinsurers,
the majority of whom have been working with us for years.
The
minimum Standards & Poor rating of any of our reinsurers
is ‘BBB’ while our leading reinsurer is rated
‘AAA’ one of the very few insurers or reinsurers
to hold this coveted rating.
